Empress 1908 Elderflower Rose is a flavoured gin from Victoria Distillers on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. It builds on the brand's signature botanical recipe — including the butterfly pea blossom behind Empress's distinctive colour — and layers in elderflower and rose for a soft, floral character.
