Shipping and Pickup Policy

Age and ID

Every order is 19+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required on delivery and at pickup, without exception. Orders that cannot be verified are returned to the store.

Local delivery

Same-day delivery within 25 km, 9am–11pm, seven days a week. Free on orders over $199; a flat fee applies otherwise and is shown at checkout.

BC-wide shipping

We ship anywhere in British Columbia. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days, occasionally up to 10. Free on orders over $199; rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Parcels require a signature from someone 19 or older. If nobody is available, the parcel is held at a post office for collection with ID and signature. Uncollected parcels are returned to us.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays outside our control.

In-store pickup

Pickup at 895 Great Northern Way, 10am–11pm, seven days a week. Orders are usually ready within an hour — please wait for your ready-for-pickup email before coming in. Orders placed after 10pm are ready the next morning. All pickups must be collected by 11pm.

Perishables

Fresh items such as lemons, limes, and cheeses are available for local delivery only and cannot be shipped province-wide.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
