Always. Every order is 19+, and valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door, at pickup, and when signing for a parcel, without exception.

When should I order?
For same-day delivery, any time between 9am and 11pm, seven days a week. ASAP orders usually arrive within 45 to 90 minutes, or choose a delivery window at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready in about an hour; orders placed after 10pm are ready the next morning.

For local delivery, someone 19+ with ID needs to answer the door, otherwise the order returns to the store. Shipped parcels are held at a post office for pickup with ID and signature.
