Welcome to 1933 Liquor Co. By using our website, placing an order, or visiting our store, you agree to the following terms.
Age Requirement
You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase from 1933 Liquor Co. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of delivery, pickup, or in-store purchase. Orders placed by individuals under 19 will be cancelled and refunded.
BC Container Deposits
All applicable beverage container deposits are added at checkout as required by BC regulation. Deposits are $0.10 per container and are non-taxable. Deposit amounts are displayed as a separate line item at checkout.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded in full.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Vintages and packaging may vary from what is displayed on our website.
Marketing Communications

Limitation of Liability
1933 Liquor Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
