Caymus Zinfandel is a small bottling from the Napa Valley producer, drawn from long-established Zinfandel sites. Deep ruby in the glass, it shows blackberry, plum, and dark cherry lifted by vanilla and oak, with a full-bodied, velvety texture. 15% ABV, 750 mL.
