Nota Bene is Black Hills Estate Winery's flagship, made every vintage since 1999 from selected estate parcels on the Black Sage Bench near Oliver in the South Okanagan. A Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc, it is dense and structured, with dark berry fruit, cassis, and cedar over tannins built to age.
