Lots of finesse to the palate, with velvety tannins and a weighted mid-palate balanced with lively acidity. Best served lightly chilled (12-14°C)\n\nMonte Creek Living Land Pinot Noir was picked from two of their vineyard sites (KE \u0026amp; MCR) and blended with some additional fruit. The majority was destemmed but one batch was 25% whole cluster fermented and it was fermented in a mix of stainless steel and concrete tanks.
